Las Colinas is dense — a mix of high-rise condominiums, townhomes, and newer single-family homes built around the lakes and golf courses. Each housing type has its own kitchen-renovation challenges, and we’ve handled all three.
What Las Colinas kitchens usually need
High-rise condo kitchens are the trickiest in this zip — you’re working around stack walls that can’t move, building rules about water shutoffs and elevator scheduling, and HOA approval for any structural change. Townhomes have more flexibility but often need a layout rethink to take advantage of higher ceilings. Single-family homes here are typically newer construction needing a finish refresh.
Most-requested Las Colinas remodels
Condo kitchen refresh — within HOA constraints, we replace cabinetry, counters, and appliances without touching anything structural. Townhome island additions — freeing up floor space and adding the seating most townhome kitchens lack. Galley-to-open conversions in older single-family homes — removing the wall to the dining area for one continuous space.
Our experience working in Las Colinas
Working in high-rise buildings adds 1-2 weeks of pre-project scheduling — coordinating service-elevator reservations, common-area protection, and concierge handoffs. We’ve completed projects in most of the major Las Colinas towers, so we know the building managers and what each one will and won’t allow.
