Most homeowners want to know what to expect before signing anything. Here’s the exact sequence we run, and how long each phase typically takes.
1. Consultation (Week 0)
Free, in-home or video. We measure, look at what’s already there, and talk through what you want to change. You leave with a written estimate range — not a final number, but enough to know if the project fits your budget.
2. Design & selections (Weeks 1–3)
If you move forward, our designer drafts the layout, picks finishes with you, and produces a 3D rendering plus a detailed quote with line items you can trim or upgrade. This is the back-and-forth phase — most projects go through two or three revisions before sign-off.
3. Permits & ordering (Weeks 3–5)
We pull any required permits with the City of Dallas (or your municipality) and place orders for cabinetry and stone. Lead times vary; we publish the demo date once everything has a confirmed delivery date.
4. Build (Weeks 6–14)
Demo, rough-ins, drywall, paint, cabinet install, counter template + install, tile, lighting, appliance hookup. One project lead is on-site or reachable every workday. You get a Friday update with photos and what’s coming the following week.
5. Walkthrough & punch list (Week 14–15)
We do a walkthrough with you and write down everything that needs touch-up. Then we have 10 working days to clear the punch list. After that, you get the final invoice and a one-year workmanship warranty.
